Order Process
The product corresponding to the features, contents and images specified on the product page one by one will be sent. The product is packed in accordance with the cargo transportation and the structure of the product. Orders will be sent to the delivery address you specify with our contracted cargoes. Apart from this shipping method, we do not have any other shipping method.

Shipping is free if your orders meet the lower limits announced on our website and/or packages offering free shipping, otherwise the shipping fee is paid by the buyer. In cases where the buyer pays the shipping fee, our contracted cargo offers a price advantage in shipping.

It is aimed that orders placed before 12:00 on business days will be delivered to the cargo company on the same day, and orders placed after that will be delivered to the cargo company on the next business day. Delivery to the cargo company may be delayed due to problems such as capacity caused by the cargo company and/or vehicle failure.

Due to problems such as overcapacity in the shipping and receiving branches of the cargo company, the shipping time may vary by 1 working day. Information about the delivery time is provided by the shipping company you have selected.Giftcrea's liability for delivery is limited to the legal periods specified in the legislation. Apart from this, the procedures of the cargo company are applied. It is recommended that you track your product with the tracking number that Giftcrea and/or the cargo company will send to you and contact the cargo company if you detect a problem.
